We are looking for a Product Manager who owns not only the product, but the entire customer journey – ensuring that our solutions deliver measurable value from first touchpoint to long-term operation.

Take responsibility for product vision, scope, and delivered value
Shape both product direction and product management practices as we scale
Contribute to a culture of initiative, learning, and pragmatic decision-making
Your Role
Define and evolve our product offering end to end – with clear ownership of the full customer journey from onboarding to daily use and long-term value creation
Serve as the central link between customers, sales, and engineering
Balance customer value, technical feasibility, and commercial outcomes
Enable scalable growth through clear, standardized product definitions
Your Responsibilities
Own and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey across software, systems, and services
Map customer journeys and workflows for different customer segments (e.g. growers, operators, decision-makers)
Ensure that product decisions are driven by customer outcomes, not only features
Clearly define product scope, value propositions, and non-scope boundaries
Translate insights into actionable requirements and prioritized roadmaps
Align priorities with engineering and manage trade-offs transparently
Collaborate with sales and marketing on value narratives, use cases, and feature materials
Support customer conversations with clear and structured product insights
Your Profile
Strong empathy for users and a proven ability to think in customer journeys and systems rather than isolated features
Experience translating complex, real-world workflows into intuitive product solutions
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on discovery and execution
Experience in B2B product management, ideally in a startup or scale-up
Strong background in software-driven products
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and building processes from first principles
Customer-centric, analytical, and structured in problem-solving
Proactive and confident in cross-functional collaboration
Fluent in Englishand German language
