We are a growing scale-up at the intersection of software, hardware, and controlled environment agriculture. Our mission is to help fruit and vegetable producers operate more efficiently, sustainably, and profitably through intelligent systems, data-driven insights, and standardized solutions.

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to design and lead customer project delivery after contract signing and ensure a smooth, reliable, and high-quality implementation from planning to handover.

Your Role

• Serve as the central coordination point between customers, technology, sales, and leadership

• Own the full project lifecycle from contract signature to successful delivery

• Establish structured, scalable project and operations processes

• Ensure delivery on time, within scope and budget, with an excellent customer experience

• Drive continuous improvement of workflows and execution quality

  
  

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and deliver customer projects with full end-to-end accountability

• Develop project plans, schedules, and milestones in collaboration with technical teams

• Steer execution, track progress, and resolve risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks

• Align personnel, technical, and financial resources across parallel projects

• Work closely with founders and the Technical Director in a leadership capacity

• Ensure professional, transparent stakeholder communication throughout delivery

• Manage customer operations with awareness of technical and commercial implications

  
  

Your Profile

• Senior-level experience in project management, ideally in a scale-up, consultancy or technical B2B environment

• Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing projects from contract to rollout

• Strong understanding of technical systems, operations, and financial planning

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and align stakeholders

• Highly proactive, structured, and reliable, with a strong ownership mentality

• Clear and confident communicator

• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
