We are looking for a Working Student Office Management (m/f/d) to support our Executive Assistant and team in day-to-day operations and office coordination. This role is primarily designed as a working student position, but we are equally happy to meet candidates interested in a part-time role alongside other commitments.

Your Role
Support the team in day-to-day office and operational activities
Assist with accounting-related tasks and internal organization
Ensure reliable coordination and follow-up on administrative topics
Help keep internal processes structured, organized, and running smoothly
Your Responsibilities
Keep daily operations moving by tracking open topics, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring internal tasks are completed on time
Assist with office management tasks such as procurement, and maintaining an organized office environment.
Support basic administrative processes, such as collecting, organizing, and preparing documents for accounting and external partners
Take care of travel planning and handle travel expense reports for the entire team
Support the organization and coordination of internal and external events
Work closely with our Executive Assistant to ensure smooth internal coordination
Your Profile
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Communicative, with a confident and professional manner in spoken and written German and English
Flexible working style and stress-resistant, even when things get busy
Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ideally enrolled in a degree program in business administration or a related field – but motivated applicants from other backgrounds are equally welcome
Completed training in office management is a plus
