We are looking for a Working Student Sales (m/f/d) to support our Sales and Marketing team in daily operations and strategic initiatives. This role offers hands-on exposure to real customer projects, close collaboration with founders, and the opportunity to make a visible impact from day one.

Your Role
Support the Sales and Marketing teams in day-to-day operations
Help create and maintain high-quality sales materials and internal documentation
Assist in structuring and maintaining our sales funnel and CRM processes
Ensure smooth coordination before, during, and after sales conversations
Your Responsibilities
Create and update sales materials such as one-pagers, presentations, and offers using existing design templates
Support funnel setup and maintenance in HubSpot, including data hygiene and basic reporting
Prepare and follow up on sales meetings (scheduling, documentation, knowledge management)
Support internal coordination by ensuring sales-relevant information is structured, documented, and shared with the right internal stakeholders
Assist in improving and documenting sales-related processes as we scale
Your Profile
Enrolled student (Bachelor’s or Master’s), ideally in business, economics, engineering, or a related field
Interest in sales, marketing, startups, or B2B technology (prior sales focus is a plus, not a must)
Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership
Comfortable working with digital tools (e.g. HubSpot, Canva) or motivated to learn quickly
Clear and confident communicator
Fluent in German; Comfortable in English
